Proposals to revive the academy itself.

To me. Good! Must! This is part of grassroots development projects that MUST be implemented for long-term done. Long-term benefits.

My age in high school, I could with the academy kids. Level high enough to play their age.

How does it happen?
Their training days like a pro player.
They are still learning, and sat hostel. Thus they have little room to do activities that may affect their performance.
They are young when their focus is still high, especially in doing things that are of interest to-play (specifically football).
They are very fit, and they are very athletes physical.

With the training, and consistency of training, they can participate in athletic events or other sports are incidental but still prominent.

An objective and rational implementation, college is a place to produce pro players. Can not be denied.

But as I explained in previous posts is the player who finally opt for a full-time study from playing full time after theirCertificate of Education . This is our concern.

The effectiveness of the academy to develop players is high. I never saw the final tournament of the academy, they play very clean, good delivery, control the ball and very entertaining. Again look best game of the League uniforms M. Really.

BUT, the question is why even after a batch for a college player is out, the performance of Malaysia remain the same?

Answer. They managed to set up the academy with a specific system. But when out and play for the team league M, whether they underwent routine like first? The answer is no. System is not the same. Fitness level will go down. If not fit, other aspects also confirmed affected. Believe me, this is the cause.

So, it is clear that the league has not reached the level of M pro. The Academy is established first, it pro. Wrong, be sure to FAM in Points again. Why teams do not meet standards in League M, FAM to be taken out, and take action.

Therefore, action to open the academy again be very reasonable. It should be part of a grassroots effort that diwar-warkan.

Only, it should be remembered. The Academy is not the only root should be the focus. Do not forget the district league, and many other ways. Disposition of Malaysia, will be afraid when I go back college, rely solely on the academy to reveal new talent.

FURTHER, FAM continue to be excellent players arising from the academy. This is the only way if want to reveal a new generation of Malaysian football success. If not, people will continue to be disappointed!
